The oldest cottage available is the Loeffler-Weber Cabin, which was the first Sunday house in Fredericksburg. Originally built in 1846, this now historic property has been improved upon with each proprietor. It offers a unique glimpse into the rich history of Fredericksburg with modern amenities.

There are many other selections available as well, each offers luxurious amenities such as a fireplace, hot tubs, rocking chairs facing the large fire pit, and an original windmill with fountains.
