- Texas All Star Big Band Bash 2015 If you’re a fan of high quality music then you won’t want to miss the 18th annual Texas All Star Big Band Bash! This is an annual event that features dinner and music from top renowned musicians including Johnny Nicholas. This is a three night event that begins on November 12that 5p.m. Every night, guests can look forward to a new surprise guest in addition to Johnny Nicholas. 2. Texas Presentations Antique Show Do you love antiques? Maybe you’re the type of person that loves scouring antique shops in hopes of digging up great buried treasure and appearing on the next episode of Antique Roadshow. If this sounds like you, then you won’t want to miss the Texas Presentations Antique Show, which will be held on November 14th– 15th from 10a.m. – 4p.m. at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds. The cost to attend this event is only $5 (children 12 and under are free) for both days and the event promises a large collection of the best antiques around the country available for sale. - The Peddler Show 2015 Maybe you prefer arts and crafts over antiques. If that’s the case, then the 2015 Peddler Show is the perfect event for you! This event will be held for the 37th year in a row from 11a.m. – 12 noon on Friday, November 27th as part of their sneak peek/stroller free hour, from 12 noon- 7p.m. – on Saturday, November 28th, and from 11a.m.-4p.m. on Sunday, November 29th at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds. - Lighting of the German Christmas Pyramid & Community Christmas Tree 2015 If you’re planning to visit the Fredericksburg, Texas area at the end of November, then surely you’ll want to see some holiday attractions. The Lighting of the German Christmas Pyramid & Community Christmas tree is an event you won’t want to miss! This year’s event takes place on November 27th at 6:30pm. Admission is free, so come with the whole family! You’ll be able to enjoy free visits and photos with Santa, cookies and hot cocoa, and more! There will also be a special drawling for all children under the age of 12 for the chance to pull the switch and light up the Markplatz! This event will be held on the 100 Block of West Main Street.
